Our mission is to provide the highest caliber, most professional instruction on San Juan Island. We specialize in programs that create leaner, stronger, more flexible and well balanced bodies. We are fully qualified to assist your physical therapist and other specialists with a rehabilitation program through corrective exercise therapy. The Studio offers individual and semi-private sessions in the Pilates method plus a dynamic schedule of group exercise classes.

We have seamlessly fused Barre with the Pilates Reformer to bring you the class of your dreams. Energetic music will keep you motivated while you shake, sweat, lengthen, and tone. Expect plies, pulses, and single legs in straps. Be prepared to work hard, see results, and leave feeling empowered to do more of what you love in life.


PR X Cardio

Your happy class. Where endorphins come to party. The one that keeps your heart humming.

A dynamic version of our Pilates Reformer class that incorporates aerobic elements to elevate the heart rate. Class involves faster-paced movements, intervals and sequences designed to enhance cardiovascular fitness. Perform jumping and plyometric exercises using our padded jumpboards. Increase endurance and overall agility in this high-energy, music pumping, upbeat class.

Our Fundamental Pilates Reformer class focuses on healthy movement patterns, proper alignment, balance and building core strength. This beginner-friendly class is designed to guide you through the principles of Pilates while emphasizing controlled and precise movements. It offers a solid foundation before progressing to more advanced levels. The perfect class to bring your body & mind into balance.

Your tough cookie. Hello muscles. The one that’s got your back.

The Pilates Reformer class you love plus heavy weights and strength training moves. This athletically formatted class focusses on building muscle and tone, while improving posture. Be prepared to work hard, feel strong and see results.


PR X Suspension

Your superhero. Where you defy gravity. The one that make you feel like leaping tall buildings in a single bound.

You will alternate between the Pilates Reformer and your own personal suspension trainer while experiencing classic Pilates exercises. The suspension trainer makes gravity your resistance, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet, and progression is limitless. Improve mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, power, core strength and heart health in your own way.
