Our mission is to provide the highest caliber, most professional instruction on San Juan Island. We specialize in programs that create leaner, stronger, more flexible and well balanced bodies. We are fully qualified to assist your physical therapist and other specialists with a rehabilitation program through corrective exercise therapy. The Studio offers individual and semi-private sessions in the Pilates method plus a dynamic schedule of group exercise classes.





We are one of only a few studios in Washington to feature this class! The unique format of Indo-Row captures all the elements of competitive, on-water rowing, creating a class that is fast-paced and engaging from the first minute. From “Skills and Drills” to “Waves and Recoveries,” and the final build up to a friendly but competitive “Race,” Indo-Row quickly converts first-timers to devoted team members. Indoor tennis shoes required. All fitness levels are welcome.

A great combination of rowing on our Indo-Rowers, along with utilizing other pieces of equipment off the rowers such as BOSU, TRX, Weights, etc. A High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) class offering a full body workout. Indoor tennis shoes required. Intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

Combines the strength training of TRX, with cardio workout of Indo-Row. Transition between the two formats, for a fast paced, fun workout. Indoor tennis shoes required. All fitness levels are welcome.

PowerHouse Row

Looking for a way to jump start your cardio and work on your powerhouse? Powerhouse Row combines our Indoor-Water Rowers with Mat Pilates. This class offers an intimate setting for the student and instructor. We begin class with a 30 minute, music driven rowing class that challenges your cardiovascular system. Then we transfer to the mat for balance with a challenging core/powerhouse workout. All fitness levels welcome. Indoor tennis shoes required.
