Our mission is to provide the highest caliber, most professional instruction on San Juan Island. We specialize in programs that create leaner, stronger, more flexible and well balanced bodies. We are fully qualified to assist your physical therapist and other specialists with a rehabilitation program through corrective exercise therapy. The Studio offers individual and semi-private sessions in the Pilates method plus a dynamic schedule of group exercise classes.

Piloxing

An exciting, new inter-disciplinary program that is attracting diehard followers including Hollywood celebrities and international stars. Piloxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging. Piloxing blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. Add to that the fun and sexy dance moves! Piloxing incorporates the use of weighted gloves, which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. All fitness levels are welcome.

PILOXING BARRE

A complementary program to Piloxing, Piloxing Barre is a comprehensive, well-rounded workout that is low-impact, yet intensity building. This new program creates full body awareness utilizing a Ballet Barre for the entire class, both standing and grounded. Think of the Barre not just as another tool, but as a support to create external resistance and initiate more muscle engagement. The Barre will aid you to achieve body balance, and give you more concentrated toning, allowing you to take your muscles deeper into each exercise, through a more complete and dynamic range of motion. All fitness levels are welcome.

PILOXING KNOCKOUT

This killer workout will not only test your endurance to the max, but will push your physical abilities past their limits. This high-intensity, plyometric, functional core-centric program, will conquer obstacles and change your fitness level to points you didn't know your body was capable of reaching. Your Instructor will guide your through 6 rounds, consisting of a 3-minute Base and a 2-minute drill. Each Base will take you through a whole new way of performing high intensity core strengthening exercises, influenced by boxing, functional training, cardio and plyometrics. The drills consist of dynamic classics with a hard-core twist – core twist, push-up with a burpee. This 45-minute power workout includes warm-up, cool down, and the raw energy that made Pilxong famous. It's sure to – Knock You Out! Indoor tennis shoes required. Intermediate to advanced fitness levels.
