Our mission is to provide the highest caliber, most professional instruction on San Juan Island. We specialize in programs that create leaner, stronger, more flexible and well balanced bodies. We are fully qualified to assist your physical therapist and other specialists with a rehabilitation program through corrective exercise therapy. The Studio offers individual and semi-private sessions in the Pilates method plus a dynamic schedule of group exercise classes.





The Bootybarre class is a fun, high-energy class that fuses Pilates, Dance, Yoga and Athletic Intervals. You will streamline, firm, tighten and tone your entire body without adding bulk. Creating balance, body awareness, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. The result is a body that looks and moves 10 years younger. All fitness levels are welcome.

Our High Intensity Barre Cardio class combines our favorite barre moves with dynamic cardio components. This class kicks up the intensity of the typical barre exercise program with its unique one of a kind cardio series and use of gliders. A true body sculpting, fat burning workout unlike any other. Experience in Bootybarre is desired before participating in this Plus class.

Bootybarre Sculpt takes barre to the next level. It uses the unique bootybarre cuff enabling the most innovative barre class to date. It's the barre program you love with the added dimension of resistance bands and loops designed to challenge your entire body in a brand new way.

Coming Soon - Winter 2015
A complementary program to Piloxing, Piloxing Barre is a comprehensive, well-rounded workout that is low-impact, yet intensity building. This new program creates full body awareness utilizing a Ballet Barre for the entire class, both standing and grounded. Think of the Barre not just as another tool, but also as a support to create external resistance and initiate more muscle engagement. The Barre will aid you to achieve body balance, and give you more concentrated toning, allowing you to take your muscles deeper into each exercise, through a more complete and dynamic range of motion. All fitness levels are welcome.
